Ms. Adedeji Ibidunni
a young, dynamic and passionate lady with a creative and innovative mind, holds a First Class Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology from the University of Lagos. Her desire to make a difference in the lives of children and adolescents has driven her to work with a number of secondary schools as a School Counsellor, providing the students with several options of academic success while eliminating the word “impossibility” from their young minds. She envisions a change in the Nigerian educational sector and aspires to be an Educational Psychologist.
A young and vibrant lady of great influence who has been under the mentorship of professionals in the field of Clinical Psychology, Child Psychology and Educational Psychology, Atinuke is a graduate of Psychology from Obafemi Awolowo University Ile-Ife Osun state. She is a certified trained peer educationist who has related and worked with teenagers in different schools, training them to eventually train their own peers on Reproductive Health and HIV/AIDS prevention and care. Her passion for the promotion of good health has driven her to have some field work experiences with World Health Organization (WHO) on polio (OPV), Measles (MenAfriVac) and Cerebrospinal Meningitis (CSM) eradication amongst children and young people in Nigeria.
Her relationship with children and young people so far has built up a desire to help create excellent parent-to-child relationship, access to quality life and development of facilities that promote proper education for those with learning difficulties.
She enjoys working with children and young adults by bringing out the best in them.
Joseph Abolaji Abati
As an active member of the Nigerian Psychological Association (NPA), Joseph is passionate about understanding the Psychopathology of the brain and Psychological dimensions of human behaviour. This stemmed from his clinical experience at the Federal Neuro-Psychiatric Hospital Yaba, Lagos state, Nigeria where he garnered skills in research, Psychological report writing, presentation, assessments as well as other forms of clinical documentations.
He obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) Degree in Psychology from the University of Lagos, Nigeria (UNILAG).
His fields of interests include, Mindfulness Meditation, Child/Adolescent Psychology, Counselling Psychology and Clinical Psychology. An empathic listener with excellent interpersonal/social skills. In addition, he is a good observer and possesses superb problem solving skills.
He aspires to contribute immensely to the body of Psychological research and application of scientifically proven solutions in Nigeria and beyond.
Ayodele holds a Bachelor of Science Degree (B.Sc) in Pure and Applied Psychology from Adekunle Ajasin University Ondo State, Nigeria (AAUA). He achieved academic excellence as a student and bagged the award for the best graduating student from the department of Pure and Applied Psychology (AAUA). His paper presentation on gender roles in workplace deviance among local government employees in Akoko area of Ondo State Nigeria, co-researched by a lecturer from his department was published in the Ife Psychologia Journal, Ile-Ife Osun State, Nigeria.
The complexity of the brain as well as its influence on behavioural functions has been a subject of keen interest to him ever since he encountered Psychology and this fueled his desire to attain professionalism in the field of Clinical Psychology. His career in Psychology commenced with intensive clinical Mentorship/training in the department of Behavioural Psychology, Lagos State University Teaching Hospital (LASUTH) Nigeria.
He can best be described as a self-starter, extrovert and an ardent observer.
